What’s included in your installation
- Installation by F-Gas and REFCOM certified engineers (F-Gas is the legal qualification for handling the cooling gas)
- Indoor unit fitted to the wall and the outdoor unit on a bracket or ground base
- Pipes and cables between the units, hidden in a colour-matched cover (trunking)
- A drain pipe for the water the indoor unit collects (condensate)
- A power cable of its own to the outdoor unit, when you ask us to fit it
- Pipes pressure tested and emptied of air before the cooling gas goes in
- Switching on and checking the system (commissioning), and showing you the controls
- Packaging and waste taken away, and any marks around the work repaired
- Daikin manufacturer's warranty on the equipment
Not included
- Scaffolding, or lifts and special ladders for hard-to-reach places
- Asbestos removal
- Building work beyond repairing marks around the installation

The FCAG100B is a 9.5 kW Daikin cassette system from the Roundflow Cassette range. A full-size ceiling cassette with airflow in every direction for offices, shops and larger rooms, supplied with the white panel and the Madoka wired controller.
